At BodyBase, we are building premium boutique fitness studios where training, community, and entrepreneurship come together.
We are looking for a Studio Manager who is an exceptional trainer, a natural connector, and a strong ambassador of the BodyBase brand. This role is ideal for someone who wants to combine teaching, community building, and operational responsibility, while growing into a long-term leadership position within a fast-growing boutique fitness brand.
Your Role
As a Studio Manager, you are the heartbeat of the studio. You lead by example on the floor, connect deeply with our members, and help translate the BodyBase vision into daily studio life.
Key Responsibilities
1. Trainer & Connector
- Teach 15–20 classes per week, consistently delivering high-energy, high-quality workouts
- Attract and retain members through your personal superpower, presence, and teaching style
- Build strong relationships with members and create a welcoming, motivating studio atmosphere
- Represent the BodyBase philosophy in every class you teach
2. Community Builder & Brand Ambassador
- Act as a visible BodyBase ambassador, both in and outside the studio
- Initiate and organise community events, social gatherings, corporate events and internal team outings
- Collaborate with the BodyBase corporate team on campaigns, events, and brand initiatives
- Strengthen the sense of community and belonging within the studio
3. Studio Operations & Team Support
- Support day-to-day studio operations, including:
- Scheduling and coordination of trainers
- Supporting, reviewing and motivating the trainer team
- Ensuring the studio is clean, organised, and fully stocked
- Maintain high standards in presentation, hygiene, and service
- Bring a personal, human BodyBase touch to every detail of the studio experience
4. Leadership & Growth
- Act as a key support to the Studio Manager
- Take ownership of responsibilities and grow into increased leadership over time
- Contribute ideas to improve studio performance, experience, and community engagement
